How to Prepare Students for the Future Jobs?

Students who are presently in school will begin to look for work sometime between 2030 and 2040. They will likely work for 35-40 years and retire around 2070-2080. Can you imagine the employment situation then? There will be no jobs requiring memorization skills or repetitive duties. They all will be done by machines.
